I really like the balance here. Sometimes when I see gothic or lolita images, they seem over-crowded with lace and like details. With this line art, the classic aspects are there, such as the ribbons, double-layered skirt, and lace-up/bustier front, but they're not burdened down with detail. This allows the future colors to be unburdened and easier to work with (which may then allow the color-er to do more advanced work with hues and tones). The large eyes also allow for color play. I also really like the detail done with the hair; I absolutely love the curls and waves.

The only thing I see as needing improvement is that the raised hand looks a little too long or spindlely. Perhaps this is only an awkwardness that will be seen in the line art. Again, overall, this is a wonderful piece. Good job!
